The simulation takes into account usual parameters like population size, employment, external market... and also new parameters about environment, pollution and recycling: amount of resources still in the nature, amount and percentage of recycled resources, productivity of the recycling chain... The way the player handles the environment and recycling affects the population happiness, the way they clean up...
The graphics are all in 3D with a cute style. Every single building is in 3D and is animated ; they grow, merge and morph according to the city state (population, pollution...). Even car, trucks and people are moving around on the streets. The trucks do follow the path of the resources and products between the buildings.
