Wild Arms 5 Wild Arms 5, realeased in Japan as Wild Arms: The Vth Vanguard (???????? ? ??????????, Wairudo ?muzu Za Fifusu Vang?do?), is the fifth video game in the Wild Arms series of Western-themed science fantasy console role-playing game. The game celebrates the series' 10th anniversary by featuring cameo appearances of characters from the previous games. Produced by Media.Vision for the Sony PlayStation 2 platform, it was released in Japan on December 14, 2006 and in North America on August 28, 2007. A European release by 505 Games was first scheduled for November 30, 2007 and then delayed until February 22, 2008. This release date passed, but the game was finally released on April 11, 2008.
