Game Classification

The sixth game in the Grimm series is about a man who seeks a godfather for his thirteenth child. He chooses Death himself, who curiously agrees to look after the boy. He makes the boy a doctor, with the knowledge who he can save and who is lost forever. When he falls in love with one of his patients however, Death is tricked into letting her live. For such an ungrateful return of favours, Grimm interferes to make matters much worse for the doctor.

As with the other episodes, the story is retold in parts with different locations. Many of the environments are new, as well as the enemies, but the basic gameplay is identical. [source:mobygames]
