Armand and the Foppish Hat is an adventure game in the style of the old Legend of Zelda games. It's a story about a heroic, but slightly pompous, swashbuckler whose favorite hat was stolen from him while he was on his way to a party. Embarrassed, Armand decides to track down the thief and bring him to justice. The gameplay involves talking to several people in the town to gather clues, battling giant spiders, and going on a few side quests. Armand starts off with just a sword, but can collect other weapons and items along the way. The game is controlled with the keyboard. [source:mobygames]
