Atomic Bomber is set in the Cold War, and gives the player control of a NATO jet that has to bomb several Soviet targets such as Jeeps, missile sites and buildings within several levels. The player's Jet is in constant motion, and the player controls it by pressing a location on the touch screen to make the plane go in that direction. The player releases bombs by pressing the bomb release button on the left hand side of the screen. To hinder the player, the Soviets will be using MIG jets, AA cannons and SAM sites to bring down the player. The players basic ammunition payload consists of basic free fall bombs, but during the course of the levels, these can be augmented with new bombs including cluster bombs and, of course, nuclear bombs.
