Batttle for Troy is a real-time strategy game that follows the story of the Trojan War as depicted in Homer's epic poems. The game allows the player to command either the alliance of Greek armies (led by the Spartans), or side with the Trojans. Each side has eight campaign missions and nine unit types to command. The Greek missions mainly involve offensive manoeuvres, while the Trojans are more concerned with defending the walls of their city. The primary resource in the game is gold, which can be acquired by destroying enemy units. Supernatural elements ("god spells") are present as well. [source:mobygames]
