Beebo Deluxe Beebo is a tile-matching game where the player controls the titular cartoon bee, collecting and dropping multi-colored honey cells to create groups of three or more of the same color and make them disappear. The main game screen is a honeycomb divided in two sections, with the smaller upper portion storing columns of three honey cells being continuously replenished by passing worker bees, and the larger bottom portion containing several colored wax cells. The objective is to make matches and fill a honey meter at the left side, by dragging and dropping the three-piece columns from the top to the lower area. Useless columns can be discarded in the blue funnel at the bottom-right.

Jelly donuts also appear on the gamefield, and after matching three of them one of Beebo's cricket friends becomes available as a button at the top of the screen. These crickets act as power-ups, jumping around breaking random cells after being summoned. Eight power-ups are awarded after making matches of cells containing their icons, becoming available as a button beneath the upper comb. The frog destroys a line of honey cells lashing its gigantic and flexible tongue, the bomb explodes clearing a cluttered area, the anvil destroys a column of cells, the phonograph plays soothing music to the worker bees slowing their pace, the horseshoe destroys random cells, the X2 doubles the points, the wild card honey matches all colors and the color shaker shuffles the cells of the top columns.

The game is divided in several chapters, each with six levels. The fourth level is always one of two mini-games. In the Concentration matching mini-game, the goal is to find pairs of objects hidden inside carnivorous plants before time runs out. The other mini-game is an implementation of Pipe Dream, where the objective is to connect several pieces and construct a pipeline to transfer honey between two barrels. There is an alternative endless mode without a plot, where the goal is to fill the honey meter as many times as possible to achieve a high score. [source:mobygames]
