Piloting the G-18 Nanite Interceptor, an armed miniature craft that can be injected into biological cells, a series of seven specimen have to be cleansed from malignant viruses and finally the 'nano-core'.

Independently controlling the directions of movement and shooting, the G-18 can be moved around freely within a cell while firing at any angle. Apart from weapon power-ups, the Repulsor allows the pilot to throw back enemies that get too close. This, and the ability to slosh the liquid over to the left or the right by tilting the controller not only allow for escaping difficult situations, but are also required to destroy some enemies which first have to be tipped over to expose their vulnerable spots.

Depending on their performance, players will take different paths through the specimen and fight in cells that are suited to their level of skill. There are faster modes that compensate for the increased difficulty with extra points, and competitive as well as cooperative multiplayer modes for up to 4 players on one system. [source:mobygames]
