Dr. Lynch: Grave Secrets Dr. Ignatius Lynch, Britain's foremost skeptic, reads about an apparition in a dig site on the country side. He sets out with his assistant Overly to unravel the mystery about the sightings.

Dr. Lynch: Grave Secrets is a hidden object game with adventure elements. The plot is told as comic panels at the start of each chapter. The required objects are listed at the left side of the screen, and some of them are stored in the inventory after being collected. These tools are used on puzzles at the end of each chapter.

Each chapter has a time limit of 25 minutes. A few of the required items, like the small bugs, are animated and crawling on the scenery. Some objects give an extra hint when dragged and dropped in a specific place, for example idol statues in a shelf.

The player can skip the logic puzzles at the end of the chapter. They work like puzzles in point-and-click adventures, where inventory items have to be used to fix something. Clue cards and photographs are stored in a briefcase, and can be reviewed at any time. [source:mobygames]
