Aristocratic playboy, Reggie Rich, has unfortunately crashed his helicopter on a mysterious island. Stranded miles away from his luxury yacht, Reggie's only chance of escape is to persuade the local fisherman (and owner of the island's only boat) to sail him back to his millionaire paradise. The fisherman's fees seem a little steep, however - $10,000, and Reggie's wallet is back on the yacht. Fortunately, the fisherman seems willing to drop the fee to a mere $100 if Reggie can manage to seduce all the women on the island.

An adult point-and-click adventure, Erotica Island follows in the footsteps of games like Leisure Suit Larry, with the player having to explore and find items to combine and use to meet the tasks set out by the characters he meets. With a more overt (although never visually explicit) sexual theme present, its art style is a mixture of hand drawn artwork and 3D models, with cut scenes included as rewards for each seduction.
