FrogChess Loosely inspired by the ancient board game of chess, this game puts the player in control of an array of 16 light-green frogs on the bottom of an 8x8 grid, with 16 hostile computer-controlled blue toads taking up a position on the top of the board. All pieces moving equally -- hopping forward one square at a time -- the goal is to end the game with more of your frogs in your opponent's endzone (the outermost two rows) than he has in yours. This is achieved largely by blocking his frogs head-on and by removing them from play via diagonal capture (the only time when diagonal movement is possible, disambiguated when necessary by clicking the left button to move up and left and the right button likewise.)
