Galapago Travel from the beach to the top of the volcano matching and collecting island creatures to collect the ultimate prize. If you listen to your shrunken head advisors you'll soon learn that the path is not that easy and that you'll have to put up with finicky creatures who are sometimes too sleepy to move when you move them.

Galapago is a tile matching game where the usual jewels have been replaced by skittering island creatures that range from turtles to insects to fishes. In order to clear a level you must match three or more adjacent creatures that are standing on the marked spaces. Some spaces will be locked and unable to move until you make the appropriate move for that block. Special creatures are contained in specific blocks and can be added to your collection once cleared. After each level is finished remaining creatures will skitter up the screen and you must click on them to collect even more points.

There are a total of 75 levels of play and you can make use of three power-ups to help clear a board or switch places of creatures. There is also a difficulty selection and the ability to select your path to the top of the volcano. [source:mobygames]
