Kazuya is a Japanese teenager whose father moved abroad, selling his house in Japan. Kazuya is supposed to live in the dormitory, but the school he attends does not have one for male students. He has therefore no other choice but to live in girls' dormitory. One day he secretly watches the girls undergo a medical examination. Enthralled by the sight of their breasts, the young man decides to act.

Honoo no Haramase: D?ky?sei is nearly identical in concept and gameplay to the first game in the series. Like in that installment, the goal is to have sex and impregnate as many girls as possible within a limited number of days. The gameplay is restricted to choosing locations marked by a correspondent girl's icon, gradually advancing the relationship towards its intimate stage.
