Iron Fist is a side-scrolling martial arts game. Using your keyboard, walk along the land, punching or kicking crates to reveal what they hold. Gather bronze, silver and gold coins and emerald gems. If you encounter an enemy, it is time for the fists and feet to fly! If you need to recover health, eat some food but be careful of the green food as it has spoiled and will poison you. Some green items will give you boosts, like higher jumps, faster speed or faster punches. Their red equivalents do the opposite, like slowing you down, reducing your jump height or making your punch/kick weaker. [source:mobygames]
