Jill Off with One Hand is a short spin-off from Mighty Jill Off, meant to be played with a single hand as only one button needs to be pressed.

Starting with gameplay scenes from Calamity Annie by the same author, the queen tries to impress Jill with her sharpshooting skills. However, when she grows bored, she needs Jill to entertain her. Played on a single screen, players need to make Jill survive as long as possible. She can jump in the air and float, while spikes appear at the bottom and enemies approach from both sides. To survive, she needs to dodge the enemies and at the same moment time her landing to avoid the spikes.
