Included in this expansion is a new area: Hellbound Island which is designed for characters around level 79-80. There are 21 fortresses that can be controlled by player clans. Each clan can only own a single castle, but clans can pledge a blood oath to another castle or choose to remain independent or neutral.
Also new to the game are instanced dungeons. When a party of players enter these dungeons they can no longer meet other parties in the same dungeon because they are in a different instance of the same dungeon.
Another important change is a new race: the Kamael. This is a cursed race with only one wing, but at level 79 players will gain their second wing.
Smaller additions include new armor slots and temporary transformations (such as changing into a unicorn, glass panther, golem or angel). [source:mobygames]
