Magic Vines Magic Vines is a tile matching game, where the player has to connect pieces of vines to make them disappear. Each level shows a grid of a different shape, with short pieces of vine occupying each slot over a tile. The objective is to break the tiles, by rotating the pieces with mouse clicks to align three or more of the same type, creating a long vine that vanishes and breaks the background. Later levels increase the challenge by adding new vine types, and there's an option to play with or without a timer.

Dragonflies are stored in a small round compartment at the bottom-left of the screen. They can be picked up and used to break one of the tiles. Extra dragonflies can be collected by breaking tiles with their silhouettes. A ladybug appears occasionally, flying around the grid and landing on random slots restoring their tiles, but can be repelled by performing a match near its position. Gold tiles give extra points.
