Mission in Snowdriftland is a platform game developed by German based software company Extra Toxic and published by Nintendo of Europe. It was released at Christmas of 2006. The game served two purposes, firstly as a game, secondly as an advent calendar. The calendar advertised multiple products and games by Nintendo. From the 1st of December to 24th of December, 2006, a playable level was unlocked and added each day to the game.

Every level features a wide range of enemies like cute penguins, polar bears, orcas, spiders, eagles etc. - and 24 snow flakes to collect. If you manage to collect all 24 flakes, secret downloads are unlocked. [source:mobygames]
