Nightmare Creatures After studying abroad for many years, Jack Spade returns to Prague with his bride Angela. They shared their Czech childhood together, but Jack's memories are only faint, though they plague his dreams with shreds of horrible events. When he wakes up one morning, Angela has disappeared, and demons are roaming the streets. While defeating the creatures and freeing Angela, you will learn more about your past and the source of your nightmares.

The mobile adaptation of the Nightmare Creatures franchise is set in the same universe and borrows some storyline elements from Nightmare Creatures II. It is not a 3d action game, however, as it relies on the classic 2D side-scrolling beat-em-up concept. Jack travels through six levels, based on three environments with a baroque atmosphere: the streets of Prague, a dungeon and a graveyard

Jack has a vast amount of moves, from regular combos, blocks with counter, to jumping attacks (single, double or contrary against a wall), holds and special moves such as Lost Judgment, Ahab Revenge and Bloody Ballerina. Not all of those are available right away, they need to be unlocked by collecting items. You can also be infected and temporarily transform into the creatures you meet. Opponents have specific weaknesses and you will also need to avoid obstacles and explosive crates. [source:mobygames]
