PetVille PetVille is a Facebook game in which the player can raise a pet.

The player can choose from a wide variety of shapes to design his or her own pet. Using in-game currency the pet can be dressed and given other accessories.

The player starts out with a single room, but during the game as the pet gains experience points (pretty much any action in the game earns the player experience points and coins) and levels more rooms unlock. Rooms can be filled with items including furniture, flowers and toys.

The pet has to be fed regularly or gets hungry. Different kinds of food will keep him fed for less or more time. The pet can also run away when neglected but can be bought back with in-game currency. The pet and house both also need cleaning.

The player can build a garden, but only if he or she manages to invite six Facebook friends to become neighbors.

It's also possible to perform challenges which grant additional bonuses, they usually revolve around doing certain typical in-game tasks within a certain time-span.
