Shin Gōketsuji Ichizoku: Bonnō no Kaihō Another year arrives and with it a new tournament to decide the fate of the Gouketsuji clan, all the families scattered around the globe send their strongest fighters to compete in a series of one-on-one bouts to see who ends up becoming the ruler of the Gouketsuji clan.

Bonnou no Kaihou is an updated re-release of Matrimelee, a one-on-one fighting game in which you select your character and try to beat all the opposing characters in successive rounds using your attacks and special moves.

This PS2 release updates the game with new playable characters, a new "mission mode" which presents unique challenges and allows you to unlock further bonus features, and online multiplayer gameplay (Japan only). [source:mobygames]
