The Sims 3: Late Night is the third add-on for The Sims 3. It adds various new content, mostly known from The Sims 2: Nightlife, concerning clubs and other night activities.

The main focus lies on two new lifestyles: being a star or a vampire. As would-be star the Sim moves to the new city Bridgeport. Here everyone has a one-two five star rating which shows how popular the person is. How can the Sim become one of those hot stars? Easy, just befriend as many of them as possible and the own rating shoots sky high. Gameplay differences are paparazzo and encounters with fans. A vampire can learn faster and, thanks to mind control. make better friends. Sunlight should be avoided andthe diet changes to blood or special fruits.

This add-on also adds the film business as new job (later it splits up into director or actor), new music and a mixing ability (which can be used to make money as freelancer), clubs and apartment blocks. Additionally there are elevators, more pool-options, and an additional enhancement guides in the editor: muscles or breasts, depending on the gender. [source:mobygames]
