Spring 1944 is a noncommercial real time strategy game rendered in 3D on the Spring Engine. It focuses upon the military situation in Europe during World War II, circa 1944. The game is primarily intended for multiplayer use, though a skirmish mode exists and a campaign is ostensibly in development. Play takes place at an objective level, dealing with armies of several hundred infantry, vehicles, tanks, artillery, aircraft and small vessels in a number of game modes ranging from annihilation to location capture.
