Squigs 3 A game in the style of Sega's Columns. Squigs 3 is the second Windows sequel to the original Squigs from the Amiga home computer.

As in the original, in this game the blocks are represented by various coloured aliens. These fall in random groups of 3 and have to be grouped into horizontal, vertical or diagonal sequences of 3 the same colour. Diagonal sequences are hardest to get, but score the most points. By setting up 'combos' - where one line causes other blocks to drop so as to create other lines, big scores can be earned. Each level has a different background theme, although these have no effect on the gameplay. In higher levels, there is a wider variety of coloured aliens. [source:mobygames]
