This is a parody on the famous Russian TV serial "The Seventeen Moments Of The Spring". The original movie is quite a serious and dramatic story about a Soviet spy in the Nazi Germany during the WWII, who calles himself Stirlitz. This movie, serious as it is, was so enormously popular in Soviet Russia, that it gave birth to a tremendous amount of jokes, parodies and clones.
