Supersonic is a tunnel racing game driven by music. The game is played from a first person perspective and the player races through the neon tunnels at high speeds and has to avoid crashing into walls. Acceleration is automatic and all the player has to do is to steer by tilting the device. In the classic mode the goal is to get as large score as possible by collecting diamonds. Doing so leads to an increased multiplier. At the same time the player has to avoid racing over mines that reset the multipliers. There is also a blitz mode which is a 30 second race where it's possible to collect different power ups such as time increase, shield and speed increase. By collecting diamonds here the player can advance to the supersonic mode for big scores. By doing well the player can earn credits that can be used to purchase more power ups.
