To Heart 2 XRATED is, as its title implies, an adult version of To Heart 2. Beside adding scenes with nudity and sexual situations, this version also has story- and gameplay-related differences. New scenarios have been added, as well as a new character named Sasara Kusugawa, whose appearance adds a different story progression path.
