This game is a simulation of the stock market where the player takes the role of a recently graduated business student who gets venture capital from Juliette Fleming, the daughter of millionaire Lord Fleming. The gameplay consists basically of buying and selling stocks in several currencies. Simple, isn't it? Not quite, like in reality the main quality of a successful speculator is the quick reaction to trend reports and a bit of luck.

The latest news are also an important source of information. So the player often has to ask himself questions like how a new Gulf War would influence the quotation of the dollar or oil. There are also other options which are more common in regular economic simulations: hiring employees, e.g. lawyers or press agents, insider deals, spies or rumors to influence the stock prices.

The game features seven scenarios where the player has to concentrate on a certain industry, e.g. music, cars or luxury goods. For stock markets and companies real names are used. [source:mobygames]
