Wild West Quest A woman is cleaning the attic of her grandmother's house when she finds a trunk filled with wild west antiquities. After picking up a pocket watch, she is transported through time to an old west town, where she must save her great-great-grandfather from being assassinated by local criminals.

Wild West Quest is a standard hidden object game with a wild west theme. As usual, the objective is to retrieve from the screen all the objects that have their names listed at the bottom. Sometimes this name list is replaced by silhouettes.

The game has two modes: timed and relaxed (without the time limit). The mini-games that appear between chapters of the story include a spot-the-differences game with two similar images, locations where several instances of one object have to be found and some shooting sequences, where the screen spins around a panorama and the cursor becomes an aiming reticule, and the player has to hit several gunfighters.

Three hints are available at the start of each chapter. Extra hints can be collected as ? icons hidden on the screen. [source:mobygames]
