Armed Police BatRider Armed Police Batrider is a vertically scrolling shoot 'em up arcade game released by 8ing/Raizing in 1998. The player controls one of nine flying jet bikes (known as a Batrider) each with their own pilot, or one of nine secret characters from previous Raizing games. With eighteen characters and four different configurations for each (depending upon which button you select the character with) the game boasts an impressive 72 different player configurations. Batrider contains up to seven stages along with a large number of secrets and hidden bosses, and helped spawn a popular sub-genre in scrolling shooter games. [source:wikipedia]
