Belief & Betrayal Belief & Betrayal is a classic point & click adventure by the Italian development team Artematica.

American journalist Jonathan Danter hears of the recent murder of his uncle Frank, who has been considered dead for years. In fact he has been working for the Vatican's intelligence service. Jonathan travels to the funeral in London and gets involved in a church conspiracy which reaches back to the day where Judas betrayed Jesus Christ. With the help of his uncle's assistant Katrin and the computer expert Damian he tries to solve the mystery and visits famous locations like the Cathedral of Chartres throughout Europe.

Gameplay is like in most other adventures. The three parallel playable characters Jonathan, Katrin and Damian examine, pick up or use objects, solve riddles and talk with other persons. A new feature in Belief & Betrayal is a "thought inventory" in which the characters record their ideas about different problems. You can use the notes with objects or with your communicator. With the communicator you contact your partners and send them information which may help them in their current situation.By pressing space key you activate an in-game help just like in Secret Files: Tunguska which highlights all on-screen items.
