Binary Land Binary Land is a freeware remake of a puzzle game released in 1985 for 8-bit platforms, where two infatuated penguins have to be guided through a labyrinth within a time limit, to simultaneously touch the heart locked in a cage at the top of the screen. Both animals are controlled at the same time by the player, with one of them responding directly to movement input, and the other walking with inverted horizontal movement, mirroring the movements of its counterpart.

The mazes are populated with roaming enemies and filled with web traps. The birds have a powerful shot capable of killing the dangerous foes and destroying any cobwebs blocking the way. If one of them gets caught in the spiderwebs, the other can rescue its companion by reaching the trap and unraveling it with a shot. If both trip into the silken nets, the level is restarted and the player loses one life. As in most arcade games at the time, bonus items randomly appear on labyrinth corners giving extra points and temporary invulnerability when collected. [source:mobygames]
