Fame Academy is licensed game about the eponymous TV show where the player controls the show's winner. It is a variant of The Sims, which means the player has to take care of the character's needs. At first he furnishes the candidate's house, e.g. a gaming console helps the need for leisure, a bed for relaxation and so on. Of course the candidate also has to train for his career: Tutors give tasks which have to be fulfilled in a certain time, e.g. singing. Mostly the player has to buy items like a microphone for this.

The player can give instructions to his character by clicking on the item he wants to use. If he does nothing the AI takes over. For concerts the player assembles a performance with the learned dancing steps which are performed automatically. [source:mobygames]
