A couple of weeks after saving Boobs Illustrated, Frank is back and he is assigned on another picture hunting, this time on account of the company Boobs United that is located on Metro-City and which seems to be having the same problem Boobs Illustrated did ? there are not enough pictures.

Just like Frank's Adventure your objective is to roam the city in search of people who may have nude pictures in their possessions. To get the pictures from them you may need to bribe them or give them the item they ask. These items can either be found lying around somewhere or be bought from a store. You begin with a small sum of money and unlike the first game there is no casino or some other source to acquire money from (apart from selling the nude pictures) and so managing them wisely is crucial for beating the game.
