Funnypigs is an on-line pig breeding game. After registering on the game's website the player is given a single pig which can be fed and bred. The pig requires food on a daily bases and thus the game requires the player to check back often or else the pig dies.

Global rankings allow players to compete with others. Time progression is calculated by the server so that spending more time on the game in a long session does not give the player an advantage over others.

Kekos, the in-game currency, can be bought with real money or earned by selling your pigs or wheat to other players on the market. Aside from on the market players can also meet one another in the bar where they can chat.

In the bar players can also play simple flash mini-games such as a scratching card lottery in which a player can win extra wheat for the price of one "Keko" (the in-game currency) and several jig-saw puzzles. In "THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE INFERNO" pigs enter the slaughterhouse on various conveyor belts. When they reach a certain point the player has to select which type of pigs they are before they can continue. The types are pink, black, orange and tan. The player has to let them continue as quickly as possible.

The player can customize his own 2D avatar with clothing and accessories. It is possible to order a T-shirt with a print of your own character. [source:mobygames]
