Hidden Expedition: Amazon Hidden Expedition: Amazon is a "seek and find" game with adventure elements. Like all games of this genre, the main goal is to find and click on objects subtly placed on the screen. Some of these collected objects are stored in the inventory. They have to be used in key parts of the scenery in order to advance further.

To make things easier for the player, the word list at the bottom of the screen shows the silhouette of the requested items. Each game chapter has 3 hints, and extra ones can be earned by finding five hidden beetles. The cursor disappears for a while if the player makes too many wrong clicks.

Between chapters, there are several mini-games, some of them unique to their location. These include puzzles and searches for multiple instances of one object.

The game is the sequel to Hidden Expedition: Titanic and Hidden Expedition: Everest. [source:mobygames]
