Kaiser Kitty Kaiser Kitty is a platform puzzle game starring the eponymous hero, ruler of Kittyland and proud bearer of Kitty Edge, the sword that is the symbol of his power. One night, the Intergalactic Guild of Evil Space Robots steals the sword and hides it deep inside an asteroid base. Kaiser Kitty must enter the maze-like complex of tunnels and retrieve the weapon to restore honor.

The main character is controlled by the cursor keys, jumping and running around the level passages as in most platform games to collect all the crystals and open a portal to the next room. The main gimmick is the ability to switch gravity direction with the famous W, A, S, D keys, with objects and characters reacting accordingly to the sudden change. This power has to be used to enable Kaiser Kitty to walk on ceilings and walls, where some unreachable crystals might be found and retrieved. After switching direction, the player has to wait a few seconds to recharge the capacitor meter at the bottom of the screen and use the power again. Each level is a self-contained puzzle, with later stages introducing dangerous enemies and objects like robots, crates and spiked balls. Kitty is unarmed, but the robotic foes can be destroyed by falling objects, cleverly sent their way with the gravity switcher. [source:mobygames]
