Pero-Pero Candy: Yō no Shō The story of Pero-Pero Candy: Y? no Sh? is very simple: the protagonist is a modern-day young man who accidentally finds a very special shop named "Mink" (by sheer coincidence, sharing its name with the company that made this game). Basically, it is a brothel, but one that has only one employee - a girl named Candy, who is ready to help the customer realize his erotic fantasies.

The game can be considered a "sexual role-playing simulation"; the only objective in the game is to reach 100% "pleasure meter" for the protagonist, by trying out all possible combinations of places, costumes, roles, positions, etc., unlocking the CGs in the process. The player is able to choose a location (school, hospital, etc.), a role for Candy (obedient house wife, scared school girl, etc.), as well as a variety of sexual positions.
