Pole Position 2010: Management Simulation is a managerial simulation where the player is responsible for the athletic and financial success of his formula 1 team. As usual for this games the player has various options to his disposal to influence the future, e.g. searching for sponsors, team tactics, merchandise, hire new drivers or employees and assembling and research of the racing cars. Constructing buildings on the team grounds gives bonuses.Every driver has stats which influence his performance. These may be improved in training sessions or after successful races.

The races itself are shown in a tactical top-down perspective where all drivers are represented by blocks. Additionally there is a window in the upper right corner which shows interesting scenes. The main differences to RTL Racing Team Manager are the missing multiplayer mode, more tuning options and the new statistics: instead of five stars everything is measured with a number from 1 to 100. The game features no licensed teams or drivers but an editor to change that. [source:mobygames]
