SmileTris 3 is a freeware Dr. Mario clone for Windows, and a sequel to SmileTris 2. As in the original game, the objective of this puzzle game is to match pills sides of the same color to make viruses (or "smileys" icons in this case) disappear.

What sets this clone apart from others is the amount of customization support. "Skins" alter the graphics and can be downloaded from the author's website, or created by the user. Optional features, displayed as icons on a window at the left side of the playing field, change the game in several ways (the player can set the number of matching blocks necessary to make them disappear, the random appearance of objects and enemies, etc.) There's also an on-line high-score table, and the option to upload the player score from within the game.
