The main gameplay centers around a match-3 battle mechanic, in which the player uses his superpowers to defeat common criminals or supervillains. There are also many other minigames using variations of the match-3 mechanic in which the player has to collect enough power tokens within a certain time in order to accomplish the task -- stop a falling piano or plane, rescue an old lady from getting run over, stop a fire in a building, and more.
The game is divided into eight episodes in which the player collects clue points in order to progress with the storyline. Experience points are also awarded to level up the hero, and money and reputation points can also be collected. The different resources are used to gain access to hero base upgrades, new superpowers or artifacts containing bonuses.
