Ridge Racer 7 Ridge Racer 7 is the latest installment in the Ridge Racer series of racing games, exclusive to the PlayStation 3. The game has around 40 cars, many of which return from Ridge Racer 6 and the PSP incarnations of the game. There are also 22 courses, available in forward, reverse and mirror mode (unlocked once the main game is completed). Players can opt to have faster loading times in the game by installing some data onto the console's HDD from the game disc. The installed content takes up approximately 5 GB of storage space. The game boasts 1080p resolution graphics (one of the first PS3 games to have this feature) running at 60 frames per second.
