It is the fifth racing game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, following Sonic Drift, Sonic Drift 2, Sonic R and its predecessor, Sonic Riders. Unlike the first title, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity is only available on the Wii and Playstation 2 video game systems.
