The Adventures of Death: Episode One - Emo Harvest on the Oregon Trail Obviously another entry in the VGNG competition, Emo Harvest on the Oregon Trail casts the player as Death, harvester by trade. In his spare time, he likes to revisit some of his favourite spots as a working holiday. Skiing down a mountain carrying his trusty scythe, he has to mow down emo kids who made a suicide pact. They have no means of defense (death is their desire!) and the player tries to rack up combos for more points (from the 2-hit no-armed bandit to the 5-hit bloody zit). Death can also jump, duck, speed up and slow down. At the end of the game, the total score is shown.

There are a few extras and secrets in the game. First of all, the downhill path is not entirely linear. There are many shortcuts and bridges activated through switches. Regular switches are yellow, but a hidden blue, green and red switch lead to secret locations. These usually include rare emos such as Chris Cocker. He has his own bonus known as the Chris Cocker Rocker. [source:mobygames]
