Game Classification

A minimalistic exercise with low aspirations, this simple text adventure casts the player as a man with a mission: to disrupt a dinner party through inappropriate behavior. Curiously, rather than implementing more verbs into the text parser than strictly necessary, the author has chosen to cast puzzle-solving actions as "action items" that the player must invoke, resulting in such curious situations as a player's inventory including "bodily noises" or a "yourmom joke". An unexpected extravagance includes an automap of sorts, an ASCII compass rose at the bottom of the screen always indicating available exits. [source:mobygames]
