BMW 1 Series Challenge In BMW 1 Series Challenge, carrying the official BMW license, you drive BMW sports cars on 9 circuits using a first-person perspective. The car selection includes 116i, 120i and 120d, but the first is the only one available right away. You have to complete the training sessions (time attack, with a ghost car of your best time) to unlock them. You can also pick a colour for your car, but you will only notice this as a coloured dot on a vertical line showing the cars' positions during races, as no external view is available.

In the main competition mode you have to beat AI-controlled cars to unlock new circuits. Not a single course requires you to brake - go full speed with a little steering. The main challenge is to avoid your opponents who try to block you off. The game incorporates BMW's Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). When travelling too fast or when turning at a high speed, DSC steps in to restore tracking and traction. This is shown through a yellow symbol in the bottom right corner. High scores can be saved on the phone or uploaded to a ranking list at the BMW site. [source:mobygames]
