Conquest! Medieval Realms is a turn based strategy game which takes place in a medieval setting.
In the game 8 players (human or AI) engage in battle on a hexagonal grid. Players place their units and buildings on individual hexes. There are three different types of units, namely spear, ranged and cavalry. Each one is able to defeat only one type of unit of the same level. A higher level unit is able to defeat all lower level units. Buildings may grant additional unit types, increased income or defense from certain level of units.
The game's graphics and mechanics make it resemble a board game. Also worth noting is the fact that game mechanics bear some similarities to Slay. [source:mobygames]
