After the first mission of the Miniova Cay space program came to the attention of the World Council, their airspace was revoked, forcing them to tunnel from Nebraska to ever hope of reaching the Moon.
Hedgehog Launch 2 is much like its predecessor in terms of gameplay. You use a catapult to launch a hedgehog through the centre of the Earth and up into space with the hope of reaching the Moon, using the on-board fuel to control the direction of the hedgehog, with randomly-placed springboards that launch the hedgehog further, with the height covered by the launch used to calculate the money given to buy upgrades. Once the player has reached the Moon, they can then go further to Mars. In addition, there is a Free Play mode where the player can send the hedgehog as high as they can. [source:mobygames]
