Hue Shift is an action platformer where the player controls a pixel, moving at a fixed speed. It moves over white, red, green or blue platforms. The goal is to climb as high as possible by jumping without falling down to far. The player can shift the pixel to three colours: red, green or blue. The shift needs to match the platform it is running on in order to make the ground solid. White platforms are solid at all times. The game keeps track of the high score and lists it on a global leaderboard.

It is the third game released under the Broken Radio Games label, a platform for for collaboratively developed experimental games, established by radiosolaris and Broken Rules. It was made available prior to the release of the second game on the label. [source:mobygames]
