Man Boy vs Doctor Sock Man Boy vs Doctor Sock is a short AGS adventure game created for the fifth One Room, One Week competition that was run between 21st June and 28th June 2008. The game won the audio category.

Man Boy is at a ceremony where he is being awarded "Grooviest Superhero in the World Ever" by the mayor, because he can squirt beverages out of his ear. Before he can accept it however he is transported to another dimension where Doctor Sock, a sock puppet using a sleeping boy as a host, keeps him imprisoned. Man Boy needs to find a way back to his world.

The game is played from a side-scrolling third-person perspective but like a platform game without depth in the background. The game takes place on two planes, accessed through a door. The keyboards keys are used to move around while the space button performs all actions. Items are stored in an inventory near the top of the screen. There are no multiple dialogue branches and a portrait of the character talking is shown during conversations. Man Boy needs to explore the environment and solve small puzzles that include locating keys, talking to other characters, speeding up time and eventually finding a way to summon the BUS (Birth Universe Selector) to get back to his own world.
